My name is Nisha Deepthi Perumalla, and I'm a graduate student at the University of North Texas studying information science with a concentration in health informatics. Till now I have learnt about information access and knowledge inquiry, information and knowledge professions, disaster/emergency management for information professionals. Hoping to learn more about health informatics and information science by the end of my course. I began my course in August 2022, and I anticipate finishing it in August 2024.
I am currently not working. I have previously worked in US Healthcare - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), I have started my career as an associate for claims processing, later I got promoted as a process trainer. I am a certified TTT trainer (train the trainer) in both class room training and online trainings and I have trained the new hires on basic health care terminologies, account receivables( AR), eligibility, data entry, anesthesia, pediatric services, etc. along with creating SOP's, conducting assessments, training on tools navigation as well. work experience from Oct 2016 - may 2022.
